On Child Street, two blocks east of Main St., is the Cutler Mills district. This dynamic section of Warren is undergoing a renaissance. The original mill was built by the Cutler Manufacturing Company and between 1868 and 1916 it functioned as a textile mill. It now provides space for more than forty artists and small businesses.
